GMPay is a service providing secure mobile payments. It is meant to send invoices to mobile gadgets and make instant payments.

The service provides for the following functions:

  • Issuing and sending invoices to customers’ gadgets;
  • Paying the customers’ invoices via the mobile gadget;
  • Receiving the payment note instantly after the customer pays;
  • Reviewing statistics on sent and paid invoices.

2.1. What are the benefits of GMPay?

For companies:

  • Doesn’t need any mobile app – the invoices are sent as sms-messages directly to smartphones, tablets and smart-watches;
  • Instant two-click payment – no need to insert banking card account details every time;
  • Needs minimum information about the customer – to issue an invoice only the customer’s phone number is required;
  • Uses various means of sending invoices – via the web interface of GMPay or using API;
  • Provides for safe payment for goods and services – due to the safety standards of international payment systems.

3.1. How to sign up for GMPay?

A company should make the following steps:

  1. Sign up and try GMPay free of charge – via the account of the company;
  2. Sign an acquiring contract – includes support of a GMPay;
  3. Start using GMPay service – get 100 invoices from GMPay for free.

4.1 What verifies contractual relations with GMPay?

Both registering the company account at GMPay and the company agreement with Privacy Policy verify that the company and GMPay service have concluded the offer agreement.

5.1. Why do we need API integration?

API integration makes it possible for the company to issue invoices both from its GMPay personal account and from the company software currently used at work.

6.1. How to log in to the company account?

To log in authorize with the service:

  • «Log In» at the website header;
  • company «Log In» at the website footer;
  • at http://map.gmpay.co
using login and password (when entering the account first).

1.2. How does GMPay work?

Basic stages at GMPay - issuing, sending and paying invoices:

  1. Issuing the invoice via the web-interface or API;
  2. Sending the invoice to a customer as an SMS-message with the link redirecting to the payment page;
  3. Paying the invoice via a smartphone in a protected payment page with a banking card;
  4. Payment notification after the customer pays.
  5. Receiving money to a company account after the customer pays for the goods or services.

2.2. How do I benefit from using GMPay?

3.2. How to sign in within the service?

One may sign in within the main page at gmpay.co. Just click on «Try for FREE» or «Create an account».

To sign in insert the following data in the form:

  • Company name: brand/trademark of the company;
  • E-mail: company email address;
  • Password: to log in to your personal account from now on;
  • Country: choose the country of location.

Confirm that you agree with Privacy Policy and click on «Create account». Then confirm your registration following the link from the company email.

After the company is registered it receives 10 invoices to send to mobile gadgets of the customers and test payments in the demo mode.

5.2. What does API integration require?

  • Requesting papers on API integration and work from support@gmpay.co;
  • Signing up to the testing GMPay account and test the payments (API performance);
  • Getting tokens at support@gmpay.co to sign up the registered company account via API;
  • Testing GMPay service in the demo mode (not paying invoices) and in the work mode (paying invoices).

6.2. How to change the language of the account?

To change the language of the account:

  • Enter «Settings»;
  • Find «Interface language»;
  • Choose the language (English, Thai, Русский);
  • Confirm the language change - click on «Save».

7.2. How to issue and sent invoices?

To issue invoices:

  • Click on «NEW INVOICE» or button «+» at «Invoices» and a new invoice form will open;
  • In page «Invoice info» fill in Phone number of the customer and Title (obligatory);
  • In page «Receipt» choose the invoice type and fill in account details (if necessary);
Issue the invoice for the customer clicking on «SEND».

1.3. Where is it better to use GMPay?

GMPay can be employed to pay for goods and services of any kind, mainly:

  • Distant sales by phone – for the companies which receive incoming calls from prospective customers and can send invoices and get them paid;
  • Automatic forwarding the invoices – for those companies which regularly issue invoices or subscription fees to the clients.

2.3. How can GMPay benefit my customers?

GMPay is a simple and convenient service of mobile payments to pay for goods and services. The service:

  • Saves your customers’ time and money owing to remote payment for goods and services (staying in and avoiding queues);
  • Makes payments convenient since it uses a simple two-click scheme and needs no registration;
  • Provides for secure and reliable payments as they go via the protected security system of the bank-partner.

3.3. What does technical sign up mean?

The technical sign up stands for switching the company account from the demo mode into the working mode. The working company account in GMPay service signs up to the bank payment gateway.

5.3. How to conduct API integration?

API integration can be conducted two ways:

  • On your own with GMPay support (is not charged extra);
  • Involving external developer – a company specializing in software development for integration taking into account the company software.

6.3. How to set notifications?

To set notifications enter «Settings» and choose the type of notification or keep all the settings. After this the information on chosen notifications will be sent to the registered company e-mail.

7.3. How to send a file within the invoice to the customer?

Sending a file to the customer is possible via a file download link from the company cloud. To issue an invoice with the file download link:

  • Create a file/file folder in the company cloud;
  • Copy and paste the file/file folder link in «Description» (page «Invoice info» of the new invoice form).
  • Send the invoice with link to the customer.
After the customer receives the invoice he will be able to open the link to view or download the files.

1.4. How to issue an invoice?

The company may issue an invoice as follows:

  • From its personal account via the web-interface of GMPay;
  • From the company programme using API.
The invoices are issued via SMS-messages.

2.4. What bonuses do you get signing up for GMPay?

Get 100 invoices for free when you sign up for the service. 30 days, all tariffs.

After the free package is over it is necessary to choose and pay for the invoice package due to the chosen tariff. Invoices are available to be sent to customers immediately after the payment and don’t expire.

3.4. How is the technical sign up carried out?

Major steps to sign up the company account to the service:

  • The company provides the GMPay support service with the account parameters;
  • The GMPay support service arranges the sign up of the company account to the payment gateway and carries out testing;
  • The company receives the sign up confirmation from GMPay, 100 free invoices and the service manual.

6.4. How to set the company logo?

To set the company logo:

  • enter «Company personal account» and click on the empty logo space;
  • upload the logo file in JPG, JPEG, PNG, under 5 Mb;
  • make the logo fit the necessary size;
  • click on «Add» and «Save».
The logo will be seen on the invoices sent to the customers (at «company information»).

7.4. How to choose the invoice type?

To choose the required invoice type go to «Receipt» of the new invoice form in the opening list «invoices type»:

  • Invoice without VAT: Choose «Without VAT/VAT+» and the switcher «Tax» must be «Off»;
  • Invoice with VAT charged extra: Choose «Without VAT/VAT+», the switcher «Tax» must be «On»;
  • Invoice including VAT: Choose «Insert VAT», the switcher «Tax» must be «On».

1.5. How can invoices be paid?

The invoices are paid with a banking card via the customer’s gadget.

6.5. How to add company information?

To add company information enter «Company personal account» and insert the following:

  • Legal name (obligatory);
  • Phone (obligatory);
  • Other details (address, e-mail, site etc.);
  • Click on «Save».
This information will be seen on the invoices sent to the customers (at «company information»).

7.5. How to fill in the data for the new invoice?

To fill in the invoice data go to «Receipt» of the new invoice form as follows:

  • Choose the invoice type (without VAT, including VAT, with VAT charged extra);
  • Should you have a discount for any one type of goods, make the switcher «Discount» «On»;
  • Add necessary goods/services, click on «NEW ITEM» and fill in the empty spaces in the opened form;
  • Click in «ADD».

1.6. Which gadgets can receive the invoices?

The invoices may be sent to all types of gadgets including smartphones, tablets and smart-watches.

6.6. How to recall or change the password?

Forgot your password or want to change it:

  • Enter the personal account page https://map.gmpay.co/merchant/login/ and click on «Forgot password?»
  • Enter the e-mail registered for the account and click on «SEND» (a letter will be sent to your e-mail);
  • Open the letter and click on the link to restore password. Then fill in the new password twice and click on «CHANGE PASSWORD»;
  • Fill in the login and the new password of the account and enter your personal account.

7.6. How to make corrections in the invoice?

To correct information on exact items in the invoice:

  • click on «three vertical dots» icon on the right side of the item;
  • choose «Edit»;
  • make the necessary corrections;
  • click on «Edit».
To eliminate an item in the invoice click on «three vertical dots» icon on the right side of the item and choose «Delete».

GMPay provides the best security when paying with banking cards:

  • The service complies with data security standards PСI DSS: the accepted security standard for international payment systems.
  • Payments are protected with 3D Secure technology: additional ID level for the customer using banking cards.
  • Link encryption via protocol SSL: employing cryptographic protocol Secure Sockets Layer for the service work.
  • Data storage in the payment gateway system of the bank: GMPay does not store the card data but redirects the customers to the page of the bank.

7.7. How to check the inpayment from a customer?

In section «invoices» check the status of the invoice – it must change to «paid». Use sorting invoices by date for convenience.

7.8. How to revoke the payment?

Calling off the payment means giving refund to the customer after the money was withdrawn from the customer’s banking card. To revoke the payment, apply to the GMPay support service with the corresponding claim. The refund is made to the customer after the payment revoke is activated.
