GMPay is a service providing secure mobile payments. It is meant to send invoices to mobile gadgets and make instant payments.
The service provides for the following functions:
- Issuing and sending invoices to customers’ gadgets;
- Paying the customers’ invoices via the mobile gadget;
- Receiving the payment note instantly after the customer pays;
- Reviewing statistics on sent and paid invoices.
Basic stages at GMPay - issuing, sending and paying invoices:
- Issuing the invoice via the web-interface or API;
- Sending the invoice to a customer as an SMS-message with the link redirecting to the payment page;
- Paying the invoice via a smartphone in a protected payment page with a banking card;
- Payment notification after the customer pays.
- Receiving money to a company account after the customer pays for the goods or services.
GMPay can be employed to pay for goods and services of any kind, mainly:
- Distant sales by phone – for the companies which receive incoming calls from prospective customers and can send invoices and get them paid;
- Automatic forwarding the invoices – for those companies which regularly issue invoices or subscription fees to the clients.
The company may issue an invoice as follows:
- From its personal account via the web-interface of GMPay;
- From the company programme using API.
The invoices are paid with a banking card via the customer’s gadget.
The invoices may be sent to all types of gadgets including smartphones, tablets and smart-watches.
GMPay provides the best security when paying with banking cards:
- The service complies with data security standards PСI DSS: the accepted security standard for international payment systems.
- Payments are protected with 3D Secure technology: additional ID level for the customer using banking cards.
- Link encryption via protocol SSL: employing cryptographic protocol Secure Sockets Layer for the service work.
- Data storage in the payment gateway system of the bank: GMPay does not store the card data but redirects the customers to the page of the bank.
GMPay is a service of secure mobile payments meant for sending and paying the invoices via mobile gadgets with SMS-messages.
Receiving a payment notification in an SMS-message means that the seller of goods (services) has issued you an invoice:
- for the goods/services ordered before;
- for the subscription fee or municipal services;
- for settling your arrears.
Registration in the personal account of GMPay provides for the following options of the service:
- Paying invoices from the personal account;
- Reviewing the history of received and paid invoice;
- Setting notifications on paying invoices to e-mail;
- Refusing and deleting the issued invoices;
- Sending claims for refund on paid invoices;
- Blocking the companies which you don’t want to get invoices from;
- Unblocking the companies which you want to get invoices from again.
To enter the customer account, authorize yourself in the service:
- click on «Log In» in «For buyers» section of gmpay.co site footer;
- via the site https://pap.gmpay.co/customer/login
To start work in the customer’s personal account, authorize in the service:
- click on«Log In» in «For buyers» section at gmpay.co site footer;
- via the site https://pap.gmpay.co/customer/login
Basic stages at GMPay- issuing, sending and paying invoices:
- Issuing the invoice to the customer as an SMS-message with the link redirecting to the payment page;
- Paying the invoice via a smartphone in a protected payment page with a banking card;
- Payment notification. After the customer pays, an SMS notification is sent to the mobile gadget instantly.
Clicking the link in the SMS you will see the issued invoice. The invoice will show the details on the goods/services you ordered (item, number, total sum) and the details of the selling company. To pay the invoice you need to click on the pay icon (currency icon), fill in banking card details and confirm the payment.
Register at GMPay as follows:
- Follow the link after paying the invoice at a mobile device;
- Click on «Sign up» in «For buyers» section at gmpay.co site footer.
To change the language of the account:
- Enter «Settings»;
- Find «Interface language»;
- Choose the language (English, Thai, Русский);
- Confirm the language change- click on «Save».
Enter «Invoices» section in the personal account and do the following:
- Choose the invoice to pay, open it by clicking on the invoice line, get to know the total sum and details;
- After you decide to pay the invoice, click on the pay icon (currency icon) and follow to the page with the banking payment form;
- In the payment page fill in the banking card number, its expiry date, the card holder’s name (as on the card), CVC2/ CVV2 code and click on «Pay»;
- Enter a special password received in an SMS-message (due to the requirements of the payment protection system 3D Secure).
The invoices are paid with a banking card via the customer’s gadget. The invoices may be paid via different gadgets including smartphones, tablets and smart-watches.
Upon receiving the invoice check the link address for validity in the invoice:
- The link must start with https:// - it confirms the data transfer encrypted by SSL protocol;
- The link must contain URL (of the site address) of GMPay service and look as follows: https://pap.gmpay.co/customer/invoice/hash/...
The invoice that you receive will also contain details of the selling company and the goods/services chargeable.
You can always delete or reject the invoice. Should you suspect the company issuing the invoice in fraud you may ban the sender in the personal account of the customer at GMPay service.To register at the service fill in the new account form with the following data:
- Phone number: mobile device number;
- Password: for further entering the personal account.
Agree with Privacy Policy and click on «Get the code». Insert the code received in the SMS-message into the open code form to complete the registration.
To add personal details enter the customer profile at the personal account (click on the link under GMPay logo) and add the necessary information:
- Upload your photo (optional);
- Fill in your name (obligatory);
- Fill in the email (obligatory);
- Fill in the password
and confirmation, click on «Save».
After you pay the invoice the selling company may immediately hand in the goods/services you paid for. Also the money is immediately withdrawn from the banking card account.
GMPay provides the best security when paying with banking cards:

Upon receiving an invoice to a mobile gadget (as an SMS-message) do the following:
- Follow the link in the message and get to know the total sum and details of the invoice;
- Should you make a decision to pay the invoice, click on the pay icon (currency icon) and go to the page with the bank payment form;
- In the payment form fill in the banking card number, its expiry date, name of the holder (as on the card), CVC2/ CVV2 code and click on «Pay»;
- Fill in the password received by an SMS (due to the requirements of payment protection system 3D Secure).
To set notifications on receiving a new invoice or changing the account status, enter «Settings» and choose a relevant notification for SMS-messages and email. Due to the chosen notifications the information will be sent to your email or phone.
Should you suspect the company issuing you the invoice in fraud, and reject to receive other invoices from this company, you may block the sender in your personal account at GMPay:
- Enter «Companies» section;
- Find the necessary company;
- Click on «BLOCK».
GMPay is a simple and convenient service of mobile payments to pay for goods and services. The service:
- Saves your time and money owing to remote payment for goods and services (staying in and avoiding queues);
- Makes payments convenient since it uses a simple two-click scheme and needs no registration;
- Provides for secure and reliable payments as they go via the protected security system of the bank-partner.
The money is withdrawn from the account immediately after the payment is made. The information instantly goes to the company which issued the invoice.
You may delete or reject the invoice at any time:
- Choose the necessary invoice at «Invoices» section;
- Click on «three dots» at the end of the invoice line;
- Opt for «Delete» or «Reject invoice».
Upon paying the invoice you will be redirected to the invoice page which contains the payment results. Then the selling company may immediately turn the goods/services to you.
The customer may view or download the files via a download link from the company cloud. To open the file, follow the link in the invoice description to view or download the necessary file.

A refund is a process of giving the money back to the customer after it was withdrawn from the banking card to the company account.
A refund is held according to the customer’s claim for a refund. You may also initiate the refund from the customer’s personal account – click on «three dots» icon at the end of the invoice line and choose «Request refund».
After this the money will be sent back to your banking card within several banking days following the process of requesting the refund.
